Q When is Health Services Open?

A. Monday - Friday 8 am. - 4:45 pm. when classes are in session, 8 am - 3:45 pm in summer.

Q. What do I do in case of an emergency?

A. If Health Service is closed, and you have an emergency (something life-threatening) call 911!

If you live off campus call 607.777.3333 and ask for Harpur's Ferry.

Click here for a list of local walk-in clinics. Save the emergency room for true emergencies when possible and use a walk-in clinic for general illness needs. Several have evening and weekend hours.

Q. Are my records confidental?

A. Absolutely! Please see Confidentiality.

Q. How can I get a copy of my records?

A. Print and fill out a release form. Mail, fax or bring it to the Health Service. There is a ten dollar ($10.00) fee to fax records payable by check to the address noted on the form. Please allow 1 week for completion of request.
